The auto lock and one-touch lock feature provides 5 ways to lock your door: 1-900S auto lock, press and hold the lock button in the app for 2 seconds, press "#" on the keypad for 2 seconds, physical key, and thumb turn.

Recurring passwords, remote one-time passcodes, remote erase passcodes, permanent passwords, and timed passwords offer flexible access management. You can remotely generate and share these with tutors, dog walkers, cleaners, couriers, delivery people, tenants, or guests.

The smart lock's local event history, user management, and remote eKeys allow you to monitor activity and control access. You can also customize the passage mode and receive low battery alerts.

With the Veise G2 gateway (sold separately), you can voice control the lock using Alexa or Google Assistant, remotely control and monitor the lock's status, receive real-time notifications, and manage the lock through the app and web portal.

The smart locks are tested to ANSI Grade 3 and BHMA standards, ensuring optimal security with advanced encryption to prevent unauthorized access or tampering.

Veise offers at least a 1-year warranty and lifetime online phone support from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PST, along with 24/7 after-sales email service.
